Original Project Development
Deep Work: Fellows work alongside programme teams, attend field sessions and community interactions, and develop an original contribution through regular mentor check-ins.

What Our People Say
People join TSF to contribute time and skill. Many stay because the work asks them to think more deeply about tradition, service, and the kind of future worth building.
IKS Research Fellow
Working on the IKS curriculum showed me that knowledge I thought was old was actually urgent.
Project T.I.B.E.T. Volunteer
Heritage is not frozen in the past. It is living, fragile, and worth protecting.
Communications Intern
I wrote real content, joined real meetings, and contributed to a programme with serious mentorship.
Field Volunteer
Community work taught me to listen first and solve only after understanding the ground reality.
