Bridging learning gaps through digital access, foundational support, mentorship, skills training and community partnerships.
TSF’s Education & Skills work focuses on equitable learning access, digital literacy, vocational confidence and practical pathways for children, youth and women. The programme is aligned with NEP 2020, UNESCO priorities and community-level learning needs.
Our approach combines school and community partnerships, mentor-led sessions, skill workshops, digital readiness, beneficiary tracking and outcome documentation so every intervention can be measured and improved.
Many learners face gaps in digital access, career exposure, foundational skills and guided mentorship. TSF responds with practical programmes that meet communities where they are and connect learning to dignity, confidence and opportunity.
Education support must go beyond classrooms. We focus on digital learning, vocational orientation, community participation, learning materials and partner-led support systems for long-term growth.
How we work: Needs Assessment → Community Engagement → Implementation → Monitoring & Evaluation → Scale. Each education initiative is designed with clear beneficiaries, local partners, activity plans, follow-up and reporting.
