Women and girls often face barriers around mobility, information, income, health, safety and decision-making. TSF responds with community-based programmes that build confidence, access and support networks.
TSF’s Women Empowerment work focuses on women-led livelihoods, legal awareness, financial literacy, health, leadership, safety and community support systems. The programme aligns with UN Women priorities, SDG 5 and inclusive development.
Our approach creates safe, practical and locally relevant pathways for women and girls through workshops, peer circles, livelihood readiness, awareness and referral support.

How we work: Needs Assessment → Women’s Circles → Training & Awareness → Monitoring & Evaluation → Scale.
